1. Services Offered

  • Virtual Loyalty Card Program for consumers and participating businesses.
  • Membership Program for Arkansas-based businesses to participate in our rewards and marketing system.

Both programs are subscription-based and billed monthly until canceled.

2. Billing & Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly via automatic payment.
  • No refunds are offered, including partial months or unused time.
  • Customers may cancel at any time. Services continue until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Social Media Contact Information

Use of our Services constitutes consent to collect and store this data.

4. Customer Content

Business customers are solely responsible for content submitted to Keep It Local AR. We are not liable for issues related to images, offers, or promotional materials provided by customers.

5. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for service disruptions, outages, or errors caused by third-party providers.

6. Data Use and Sale

We may use or sell customer information for business, marketing, and analytical purposes in accordance with U.S. law.

  • Request deletion of personal data
  • Opt out of personal data sales

7. Eligibility

Services are available to U.S.-based individuals aged 18 or older.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
